Who is this workbook for?

The cheating recovery toolkit is designed for people who have recently experienced infidelity and their partner/s. The toolkit is aimed at those who haven't yet decided if they want to try and stay together or go their separate ways, and can help you with some of the thinking needed to make that decision.

Some sections in the toolkit include conversation prompts and exercises you can complete with your partner. These can be skipped if you're not ready to engage with your partner, or if they're not willing to take part.

The cheating recovery toolkit is not a replacement for professional therapy or counselling. If you're experiencing severe relationship difficulties, it is advised to seek the help of a trained professional.
