Often these symptoms are a result of a disturbing life experience. It does not matter if these life experiences are capital “T” traumatic events resulting in PTSD, or lower case “t” traumatic events, they can both can have a long lasting negative effect on emotional wellbeing. EMDR helps the brain to process traumatic events by using eye movements (similar to the process of REM sleep).

EMDR sessions last for up to 90 minutes and are charged at £120. (£80 per hour).
