What we do

Relationships with family, partners, friends and colleagues play a big part in how happy we are.

Our services include relationship counselling for individuals and couples, family counselling, counselling for children and young people and sex therapy. We can help you if you're single or in a relationship, straight or gay, young or old. Whatever your circumstances we're dedicated to helping you get the most out of your relationships, no matter how big or small the issue.

We are a force for change

We work to champion the importance of relationships in society and in the media. We work with national and local government to ensure relationship support is kept at the heart of public policy. We carry out research to determine how our relationships are changing and make recommendations on how government policy should respond.

All our staff members are here to help members of the public, and deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect.
