Has there been a breach of trust in your relationship? When one partner 'cheats' or has an affair, this can be incredibly painful and damaging to the relationship and to you individually. It can leave you questioning everything about your relationship and wondering whether to leave all together. It can leave you no longer liking or trusting yourself.
It's true that some relationships will never fully recover from infidelity, but if both partners are willing to put in the work it is absolutely possible to rebuild trust and even enjoy a relationship which is different and even stronger.
Take the first step towards rebuilding your life by booking in for relationship counselling for cheating and infidelity with us today.

What is counselling for cheating and infidelity?
Counselling for cheating and infidelity is relationship counselling where the focus is on a breach of trust such as a sexual affair, an emotional affair, a one-night stand or any behaviour which goes against an agreement in a relationship.
You can attend as a couple, for example with the aim of understanding why the infidelity happened and working to rebuild trust. You may also want to attend on your own if the affair is ongoing and you don't know how to end it or what to do. Another reason you may attend on your own is if your partner has cheated, you are no longer together and you want to work on rebuilding your life after the affair.
The counselling sessions can take place online or face-to-face depending on where in the country you are based and will take 50 minutes.
